These construction documents do not include any site design, zoning considerations, site utilities, survey, structural engineering, civil engineering, landscaping or mechanical.  Depending upon the municipality you may need any or all of these other drawings to make a complete submittal for permit.  If your project is located in Colorado, we are happy to site this design on your lot and provide all the necessary drawings needed for permit.  This service typically costs $5,000 on top of whatever design you pick at checkout.  Email info@krickdb.com for more information.

If you'd like to edit any part of these designs we are happy to modify them for you as needed.  Please submit a change request by emailing info@krickdb.com.  Tell us which design you prefer and then list the modifications you'd like to make.  We respond with an estimate on how much the modifications will cost.
