Home construction experience has been in the Krick family for 3 generations.   Building techniques and knowledge have been handed down from father to son through remodels at home or various job sites.  Ken received his bachelors degree in 1984 in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.  By day he did source testing, but he was always helping friends and family remodeling their homes since 1978.  In 2010, Ken retired from engineering and built his first home from the ground up in Cincinnati, OH.  In 2015 Ken moved to Colorado and started his first remodeling business.  He was considering requirement when Matthew asked him to join his new ADU business.  So now Ken is helping his son build his business as his last job before retirement.  When we asked Ken how many homes he's worked on over the years he said he truly lost count, but he estimated its been at least 100+ homes.
